Having a quiet time whether it is to get your day going, or in the evening to slow it all down, has great advantages for our lives. It helps us focus and prepare for the day or to decompress and wind down from all that happened. It also gives us a chance to feed our spirit. We’ve been told how important breakfast is for getting our bodies and brains going. What about some soul food to get your spirit humming and energized for the day. And if you didn’t stop through your busy day to feed your body, it will be making demands on you come supper time. Ever think that your soul needs feeding as well.
So as we go about changing schedules and activities with the change of seasons, don’t forget to plan some God time in there.
